Maritime Canada
Summary and Stats

On the last day of this trip, I headed back to Halifax, and had to reflect on this trip.  The whole experience of Newfoundland had drawn me in to such an extent that I was reading books on it, and regretting places I had missed.  I kept speaking with other Americans and sharing experiences there.  All of our experiences seemed to be the same, from the amazing hospitality of the people, to the fog, to the moose on the highways.

I was very impressed.  For me, it wasn't the ideal destination for birding alone, but somehow, just being there was its own reward.
